Impartial, Effective Mediation

Mediation Services

Stacy’s mediation practice is focused on helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and on their own terms, guided by her impartial perspective and a commitment to minimizing the time, expense, and uncertainty of litigation. She brings a distinct advantage to the mediation process through her practical experience trying cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, offering valuable insight and a balanced approach grounded in wit and compassion.

Her practice includes personal injury and catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, employment disputes, homeowners disputes, real estate issues, contract disputes, malpractice, and a wide range of general civil litigation matters. With over a decade of experience handling complex, multi-party and pre-suit claims, Stacy understands the nuances and competing interests that often shape successful resolutions.

While many mediations are now conducted via web conferencing, certain matters benefit from an in-person setting. Stacy is available to accommodate both formats and can work with counsel and parties to determine the most effective approach. For in-person mediation inquiries, please contact her directly at Stacy@yateslf.com.
