Payment is expected within twenty (20) calendar days of the mediation, with the exception of pro se litigants, who must be prepared to pay in full at the time of mediation.

Cancellations must be made in writing and following the agreement of all parties and counsel.

Half-day mediations cancelled with less than seven (7) business days’ notice will incur a two-hour minimum cancellation charge.

Full-day mediations cancelled with less than ten (10) business days’ notice will incur a four-hour minimum cancellation charge.

Unless otherwise agreed at engagement, lawyers and their law firms are responsible for any cancellation fee.

Stacy is available to travel for in-person mediations, including matters outside the State of Florida when appropriate.

Travel expenses will apply to in-person mediations outside the Tampa Bay area. Costs such as airfare, reasonable lodging, gas, mileage, and other applicable travel expenses will be determined prior to engagement based on the location and required travel time.

Most mediations are conducted during normal business hours. Evening and weekend mediations may be available upon specific request and agreement of all parties.
